If you give them answers and you want them to write questions - then:
Write questions for the following answers.
If you give them questions that you want the to answer- then:
Answer the following questions.

All of them are possible depending on the situation:
Write the questions - it īs when you ask your pupils to write them down.
Make the questions (I would say - make questions) - it īs when you create them.
Do the questions - it īs when you answer them.
Ask the questions - it īs when they give questions to each other to answer them. |

Right. I agree with akuzmenok. I also use the following instructions when I want them to create their own questions: "Given the Answers, Make the Questions". |

I would never say "do the questions." Rather, I would say "answer the questions."
