							| I´M CREATING A SYLLABUS AGES 3 to 4. PLEASE CONTRIBUTE HELP ME!

							| Hello Everyone!
It might sound funny but Im starting to work on a project I was assigned for the 2010/2011 school year. I work in a small private centre in the north of Spain and I was asked to update the 3 to 4 year old worksheets.  I would appreciate if you could recommend your worksheets so I dont have to search the thousands of users and Ws, eventhough I will do some hunting myself. If you would like to participate PM me with the link of your worksheet and this means you give me permission to use your sheet and your name, country flag and eslpritables will be written at the bottom of each sheet (AS recognition) and I like the idea telling the students the worksheet was made BY A TEACHER in China, Canada, Brazil etc.... (keep in mind) This is not for a commercial benefit. Its for the 16 students at this age we have every year to colour and practise vocab..  We make a HOMEMADE photocopiable book for the teacher incharge of these ages to use. Its about 60 WS, I have 42 already made of my own but looking for fresh ideas.
The catagories are VERBS, PROFESSIONS, ANIMALS-wild and farm, ADJECTIVES, BODY, CLOTHES- summer and winter, FOOD AND DRINKS, SPORTS, NUMBERS, ABC, WEATHER, TOYS, TRANSPORTATION, THE CLASSROOM, FAMILY, DAILY ROUTINES, COLOURS, AND HOLIDAYS-only Christmas, Halloween and Easter.

Please keep in mind the ages 3 TO 4 YEAR OLDSCOLORING WITH VOCABULARY
THE IDEA IS PICTIONARIES / FLASHCARDS / SONGS / BINGOS AND CLASS GAMES ARE GREAT ASWELL.

 THANKS IN ADVANCED

							| I think its very valuable that you are asking for permission. If you need any of my ws you may use them for your students. Good luck! | 9 Mar 2010

							| HI!!! from Argentina , I m teaching the very young too so I send you some suggestions :   -When you practice farm animals jungle animals or pets you can cut out animals and put them on a table in different baskets , they stand up look for an animal and stick it on a page where they have , half page with a farm image and the other with the , jungle , or a city house .You may ellicit "the horse lives on the farm" , "The hippo lives in the jungle " -4 year old may circle associated words with a color leaving out those that don t belong . -you can also use sequences of simple drawings to practice seasons and they provide the las one (you draw on a page a leaf , a flower , a snow flake and a fruit ,a leaf , a flower  in a line , leave the last one empty and they have to complete the sequence , the you ellicit the sequence of the seasons , fall , spring , summer etc etc . -you can teach a song like Little peter rabbit (its in you tube and I think  posted ithe craft in this site ) and then you give them a rabbit drawn on a page surrounded by flies and they have to draw a line from the flie to the part of the body they listen . -we also make foldale minibooks they can paint and then tell . -we do color dictation ,when we deal with clothes we stick clothes ( made of cloth , just cut with the shape ) on a rope . -they just love bingos and dominoes too . Ok I hope my ideas can elp , a hug , Ana | 9 Mar 2010
