							| I think you shouldn t use any preposition at all. Just say: a cheetah runs 99 kph, a tiger runs (up to) 35 mph. (up to - is optional, can say pretty much without it: a tiger runs 35 mph).

							| No preposition or "at". Both are correct, but it sounds better without a preposition.   Bruce | 10 Mar 2010

							| you don t need to use at in that sentence but He was driving at a speed of 60km/h.

							| Esoh - He was driving at a speed of 60 sounds really old-fashioned.
Today we just say - he was driving 60.

							| Thanks for letting us know libertybelle!! :)   It s strange though that we can find sooooooooo many current results when we google run at mph . Maybe this prepositon at only sounds improper or old-fashioned to American ears?? ;))))))   | 10 Mar 2010

							| No I don t think so topolina - downunder we say the same.  Although, I d probably say he was going 60kmph or doing 60.  Spoken English today is much less formal than what it used to be. | 10 Mar 2010
