I īve tried to upload my files, but I just can īt do that. There īs always a message saying that I have to send files that end in doc. doc , but I just don īt know how to do that. Can u help me, please? |

I got the same problem and the trick is you have to change the format of your file to doc. (that is WORD DOCUMENT) in microsoft word..... so you have to save as your file to microsoft word and change the format to WORD DOCUMENT...

 I will try to make it clearer.
1. Open your file with MICROSOFT WORD (If you cannot do this, perhaps you have to import)
2. Click on menu FILE > SAVE AS
(A dialog box shall open)
3. Locate where you can save the FILE TYPE, make it into word 97/2003 document
4. Click SAVE
