I �m a premium user and supposedly I can download 30 worksheet free of charge. I downloaded 26 worksheets, BUT 26 points were discounted. I don �t know why because they said in brackets that I could download them free of charge.

the only ws you can download for free are the ones from recent contributions the others cost a point. |

If it said in bracket you could download free of charge, there might have been a bug. You should contact Victor but be sure you were among the recent contributions.
Or maybe you started downloading before midnight Spanish time but finished after midnight and then the ws aren�t free anymore.... |
