never - nor ?

Good morning from Belgium :)

Once again I need your help! I �m trying to prepare a text for my students (beginner level) and I have a little problem.

Is the sentence below correct? What do you think? Can I use "never - nor" together in the same sentence?

"They never watch TV nor surf on the Internet because they don�t have electricity."

I just don �t want to use the expressions "neither - nor / either - or" because it �s too difficult for them.

It �s probably correct - but not very often used anymore.

I would say - They never watch tv or surf on the internet.....

I think the old expression, which is still used with those two words is:

Neither here nor there.

I would say: They never watch TV or surf the internet ( not surf on )
I guess: never nor is correct.

yes! I always use or for negative statements, and the other structure when it is a must but only for older students with intermediate level. Smile
