Hi, there. I have been trying to upload my powerpoint but it keeps saying �Problem on the page� What is wrong? I�d be thankful if you help me.

Please be patient. I have just uploaded one and it was okay. You need to check, however, that the powerpoint is a .ppt file and not .pps or Office 2007. Also ensure that the file is definitely no bigger than 500kb.
The problem is that sometimes servers and connections can be slow and I know we have had a spate of people reporting they were unable to upload material, but the only real answer is to be patient and keep trying. |
