Hello dear colleagues! I need your help, if I want to say "hombre de pocas palabras" that is to say "a man of few words", what do you think? is that translation ok? Do you know if there is a WORD, ADJECTIVE to mean this, a person that doesn �t talk much... thanks in advance

The translation is correct. 
And I �d say "reserved", "quiet", "silent"... for somebody that doesn �t talk much.

I think Zora �s adjectives are correct but if you don�t necessarily need an adjective, I�d say "man of few words", too. |

To say "he �s a man of few words" is absolutely correct and well-used in england.
It could also be used as a sub clause;
"John Thomas, a man of few words, said yesterday he ...etc etc" |
