Hi all,
Does anyone have a template for multiple choice tests with 3 answers? I used to have a good one but I lost it and I am having trouble trying to figure out the form template in MS Office.

Thanks so much Serene!
I downloaded the file and played with it a bit. It �s perfect. If any other teachers who have made MC templates, maybe you could add them to the template section. That would be greatly appreciated!
