Idea for a fair of knowledge and games

Hi my dear colleagues, i �m from Chile, and i want to create in my school a fair...of games and knowledge. I was wondering if you can give me some ideas please, in the USA usually have this fairs with games like the ball with tha cans, darts and stuff...i want it to mixed with educational themes. thank U!!!!
