Hello,

I was checking my printables today and realised that yesterday I accidentally uploaded a worksheet which I had already uploaded. As only one person had downloaded the new copy, I deleted it.

My question is, if someone uploads the same worksheet twice, can the points from one be transferred to the other?

no, as soon as you delete the ws the points of that ws are lost.
