							| hiya everyone and happy easter holiday in advance!!!   just a quick favour ;-) Im already planning my next and last term and Im thinking about a project for my 4 of ESO students (year 10 in the UK or grade 9 in the States). any suggestions???? it has to be something they can do at home as we  havent got enough time to do eveything at school. we can use the computer room a few days to find the information they need but the rest must be completed at home.   thanks for your advice and have a great easter holiday everyone!!! | 24 Mar 2010

							| Have you thought about doing a class magazine or newspaper??
You could pick sections for each to do - or have them work in a group or pairs. Ones that are good at drawing could do the "Funnies" or Cartoon part. Students interested in Sports could do a short biography of a sports figure they admire, or talk about a "weird sport" like one of these:

The News section could be about anything from recent earthquakes to the strange news around the world:

You could also make a word find or crossword puzzle... or an ad section...

Gosh, there are tons of things you could do with a bit of imagination!
