Conversation classes with 12-14 year olds in Italy

Hi everyone,
I am currently taking two conversation classes a week with some teenagers in Italy. I really need to make the classes interesting for them, while at the same time improving their conversation skills (increasing their confidence speaking, improving pronunciation, etc).
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for games to play with them to focus on improving their speaking skills.

Somebody loaded a "Taboo" type card game on here a couple of weeks ago. It is great for conversation--my students love it. and you can always add more words if you like.
