Teaching Using Skype?

Hi All, Has anyone had experience in teaching a language using Skype or a similar media. I have been asked to do conversational English classes using Skype (video conferencing) but I�ve not had any experience in this form of teaching. I was wondering if other teachers have had, would you share your experience.
