Hello everyone,

Which answer do you think is correct in the following sentence?

My colleague always finds fault ______ others but never _______ himself.

a) in/with b) in/in c) with/with or d) with/in

I think it �s b), but I �m not sure.

Hi jocruz! You find fault in or look for faults in sb or sth. So the correct option is b)

If you find fault with something or someone, you look for mistakes and complain about them.

You are right. I got confused because fault finding as a noun is the act of looking for faults IN sb or sth. I apologise for making a mistake
