Hi colleagues! I hope you are great!
I ´m trying to upload a ws and I got the following message: ´only upload files that end in types.doc. � I have already uploaded word ws and nothing happened. What ´s wrong then?

Is your ws less than 300kb? If yes, give it a try later on. It might be the system.

Are you using Word 2007/2010? You have to make sure you save the film as a .doc file not a .docx file, which is the default setting. Save in Compatability Mode to make it a .doc file.
