problem with uploading

i �ve been trying to upload a worksheet for last 2 days....it �s a simple microsoft word doc and only 210 kb....but it �s not uploading...any ideas?

Try to copy and paste the whole content into an empty Word document and save it under a different name. Then try to upload it again. This may sound ridiculous, however, it has worked for some people before - I don �t know why though!! ;))))
