HI EVERYONE! I �VE GOT A PROBLEM..I DON �T KNOW WHY BUT I CAN �T UPLOAD PRINTABLES...WHENEVER I TRY..A WINDOW APPEARS SAYING "YOUR PRINTABLE HAS TO BE .DOC" I �VE GOT MICROSOFT OFFICE WORD 2007...AND THE PREVIOUS PRINTABLES I COULD UPLOAD WERE WITH THE FORMER VERSION...I DON �T KNOW, MAY BE IT HAS TO DO WITH THIS...HELP PLEASE! THANKS A LOT! |

Hello. You should open your document, go to "save as" (instead of "save") and choose "Word Document 97-2003". That will change the extension of you printable from ".docx" to ".doc"... It worked for me ! Hope it �s useful.

You have to save it using the previous format (97-2003) I had the same problem!

I have an odd problem. I have tried to upload a revision and it still shows as the original which somehow became corrupted when I uploaded it the first time. Is this normal? Any suggestions.
