							| Narrative writing prompts
 |
							| Hi Everyone,
I urgently need to compile a list of narrative writing prompts for my intermediate and upper intermediate students along the lines of:

Your teacher has asked you to write a story for a competition. The
story must begin with the following words.

It was five o clock in the morning when the
phone rang. I ve looked here on ESLPr. but can t seem to come up with exactly what I m looking for.
Anyone got any ideas? I m not feeling too inspired right now. Even if you only have one or two prompts I d love to hear them.
 Thanks!

							| I had never imagined I would see myself on the news.
If I had only stayed at home ...
It was the most embarrassing day of my life. I had never been so angry in my whole life. I will never forget what happened that day.     | 17 May 2010

							| I ve just come across this which is lovely, aimed at kids. I really like the script (font) they use.
Might be useful for some of you:
