							| I definitely agree with Sue. Even though there is probably more rice than chicken (and in Peru, I wouldn �t be surprised if you added potatoes in there somewhere), and you call it "arroz con pollo" in Spanish, we usually name the meat/protein first in the name of a dish.   Bruce |  22 May 2010
