							| I lived in the US for 4 years. A friend of mine was at that time looking for a house. She always talked about having to meet with the "realtor" and calling "the realtor".

							| In the US, the terms "real estate agent" and "realtor" are used interchangeably, because most people don �t know that to be called a "realtor", the agent must be a member of a certain organization (The National Association of Realtors, I think).
