Hello everybody
Thank you very much for your help. Thanks to you I am a premium member from today at 12.00 pm (in Spain). My question is the following: When can I download worksheets for free, that is, without needing my points?

At the bottom of the column entitled �New Worksheets�, you will see �Show all�. Just click!

When you are accepted as a premium member and is entitled to the 30 free printables; the column �New Worksheets� will begin like this:
As a
premium member (with more than 30 points) you can download 30 of the
NEW printables for free.(No points needed)
Today, you have
30
free downloads left.
The 30 in the last line would decrease as you download.

The problem is that my column �New worksheets� begins this way
As a
premium member (with more than 30 points) you can download 30 of the

But the last line is �Today, you have
0
free downloads left�. And I haven�t downloaded 30 worksheets. Is this an error? I have downloaded some of them and my downloads (not for free) have increased. Do you understand what I mean?
