I �ll try to answer as clear as possible.
APAC is "Associaci� de Professors d �Angl�s de Catalunya", an association of English Teachers in Catalu�a.
And INEBI means "Ingelesa Edukien Bitartez-Ingl�s" and it �s Content & Language Integrated Learning Sequence for Primary Education. INEBI is based on a program to develop 2 or more languages in the same place. In Spain it happens in Catalonia, Vasque Country and Galicia.
