Hello,
I am new on this website but I have already sent my contributions.
I am already a premium users.
But I have downloading problems.
Yesterday I sent 2 worksheets.
I know that I have to wait one day before being able to download others worksheets but today I still cannot download.... WHY?
It says: "send your contribution". So, I did it again, but still I can īt!!!
And If I remember, when you became a premium user, you can downlaod 30 worksheets a day.
Please help me , īcause I really need to download some worksheets!!! |

As a premium member you can download only new contributions (30 each day)
You īll find a lot of worksheets

Alright! I understood, thank you Babs! :)
But why I can īt the others? We are the day after I posted my contributions and nothing...
Plus, they have already been downloaded...

Maybe you ran out of points but it isn īt shown yet. When you download other WS it costs points ... it īs probably the reason ? If not, you should ask Victor.

Two of your wss have only been uploaded yesterday, so they can be downloaded for free today. This means that those points will be credited to your account right after midnight, which is in about 9 hours.
FAQ � Why haven㦙 I got any points?
The points from your uploaded worksheet take 2 days. Wait two days and you𠑥l have the points. Be patient, the points will come.
