The frist is correct - it is a Longman dictionary example. Is the other one acceptable/correct too? Thx for help.

Apodo

On a scale of 1 to 10 would be what I �d say if speaking. eg:

How would you rate this meal on a scale of 1 to 10?

On a scale from 1 to 10 doesn �t sound natural to me.

If counting you could use: Count from 1 to 10
