 Sha hasn�t ridden her bike since she was 7.
 this indicates that she doesn�t ride it anymore and that she stopped riding her bike when she was 7. 
 
 If this is your intention, then it sounds great to me. 
 
 If you say, 
 Sha hasn�t been riding her bike since she was 7. 
 Then it�s a strange sentence structure and is saying that she still rides her bike now, but that it wasn�t from the age of 7, but perhaps another age, like 10.  If this is what you want to say , then it�s better to say,  
 �Sha has been riding her bike since she was 10.� 
 Sorry to �throw a spanner in the works�, but it depends on what you want to say. |  8 Jun 2010
