As a premium member, I have downloaded quite a few of fhe free 30 ws but it seems they are not counted off. It"s strange: one moment this afternoon, it said: you have 23 downloads free and now it says: you have 30 free ws again:! I don�t understand! Can someone explain?

Mariethe,
You are given 30 free points every day.
If you use all of them or just part, at midnight (Spanish time) when the new worksheets appear, you are given the new 30 points.
