Help! I īm not getting my points!

I uploaded my worksheets 2 days ago and I can see that some people have dowloaded 3 of them, so it īs suposses I will get 3 points but it doesn īt work. I have received an e-mail saying that one of them was a copy but I haven īt get my points for the other worksheets!
