Kindergarten Lesson Plans

Hi everybody

I just came from a meeting in my school in which I got told that I will be responsible to teach the little kids aged 3 and 4. Normally it �s not really a problem (if it was just English), but my task will be to teach them everything, starting with letter tracing, how to discover the world etc.
Does anyone of you know good resources, especially lesson plans for Kindergarten?

And a good book or articles about child development would be great, too:)
I really appriciate every little advice I can get.
