I need your help! Picture of a "universal genius"

My dear friends,

I need your help. I have been trying to find a picture/clipart that shows a men or a woman as the "universal genius"... meaning someone who handles a lot of things at the same time... even a juggler, managing work, family, free time.
Does anybody have an idea where to find this??
