							| HI! I HOPE YOU ARE HAVING A GREAT SUNDAY!   I have two questions. The first one, How do you call in English the person that works at the Hospital reception desk??? It �s the first person you talk to and asks your name, ID number etc.. I need to teach a student who works there useful expressions and vocabulary. My second question is, Do you happen to know any site where I could find some info about that?     I �d really appreciate it if you could guide me a bit!
