							| Hi, I was wondering how to call the place that you can rent to have a birthday party or any other kind of reception/celebration, when you invite your family, friends or relatives. I �ve heard of the word ballroom but it sounds more formal to me, like the place for a big wedding reception...so: Last week it was my friend �s birthday.
