							| Hi,  I think it is also called a whirligig. A whirligig is a device, moved by the wind, which whirls and turns on a pivot. Many are simple in design but you do get very elaborate ones. Hope this helps. There is a lovely book called the whirligig which is great for teens. Hope this helps. Have a great day.
