I have really tried to think of any other sites apart from this one that I could call my favourites.

I used to use http://www.ego4u.com/en/business-english/communication (ego4u.com) a lot. They have some useful generators for letters, numbers etc.
http://www.englisch-hilfen.de/en/sitemap.htm is pretty useful, too especially for working online.
But I hardly use any other pages anymore apart from the wonderland called ESLPRINTABLES... :-)

(I researched "optical illusions" the other day and found a couple of links I really liked:
