							| hi to every body I �m translating a book into turkish but i stucked   1. DOVE --- is it past form of dive 2. Can you tranlate thhis into Turkish He tore free of his living restraints and dropped to the floor. 							| I can only help you with your 1st question, sorry! ;))   The word "dove" is the past form of "dive" in American English, not in British English though. Brits say "dived" as far as I know.   A dove is also a kind of bird, but in the context you gave it �s definitely the past form of "dive"!!
