Have you checked if its size is under 2MB (look at the file properties) and that it �s in the right format? If it still doesn �t work, wait and try again a bit later. Good luck! |

If it �s rather heavy, and your internet connection is slow, you �ll have to try several times during different parts of the day. This sometimes happens to me, and my internet uploading speed is really slow |
