So I īd like to know if you, especially my colleagues from Israel, know any course that could be easy to get and that would have a good methodology with videos, grammar, reading and of course speaking.

Try www.livemocha.com - they offer a free basic Hebrew course.
Not sure about your motivation though. Surely Chinese, Burmese, Thai and even Finnish and Hungarian are even more difficult to learn...

I recommend to look for Hebrew lessons on youtube, there you can hear the correct pronunciation of the words. From my brief browsing I saw lots of videos.
