dear teachers
can you please help to answer this question:
how are you going to teach some vocabulary assoicated with illnesses eg headache, toothache, sore throat to students and how are you going to check that the students had understood? |

you can give them a reading materials, dialogue conversation, where they will find the words, or for kids or any level show them some flash cards, power point where they will find people having different sickness.

Hi,
With my students we learn the words and mime the action. Then they can learn dialogues and role play a doctor and a patient. To check if they can remember the vocabulary try a simple picture and word matching activity. Hope that helps.
