Regina, only a few questions are really related to Business English!!
Moreover, S.Reisner didn �t ask for a ready-to-use placement test, she just wants "anything to help me get started in creating a placement test for adults". ;))
IMHO, the test I gave the link to is perfect for this purpose! :)
