							| hobble- to walk "crooked", wobble  de hoy- from today (Spanish)   hobbledehoy- a term used in the medical field when requesting an update from a collegue when coming on to a new shift or station: "Who �s the hobbledehoy?" meaning "Who �s the injured person that has the priority or is causing the most problems/concerns today?" it can also be used to refer to the most common innjury of the day: "The hobbledehoy is a sprained ankle, we �ve already had five of them today." |  29 Sep 2010

							| What a nice word Lucia! 
 "Hobble " sounds like the name of that telescope which takes pictures of space but there �s a spelling mistake dear Lucia.
 And "de" and "hoy" are two spanish words (so you cheated because it is supposed to be only english)
 As a conclusion I �d say that hobbledehoy is what the Porto Rican technician says when they get  the picture of space of the day "hey, guys, that �s the HOBBLEDEHOY!"
