Hello,
I am fighting with my supernew Win7 :-)
I �ve just found a tool which is really useful for making printer friendly worksheets.
First you go to Home Tab - on the right choose Editting - Select - Select all.
Then click on the top left corner of the page and drag diagonally... All objects on that page will be selected...
Then rightclick - Grouping / Formatting and choose white colour background...

Thanks, Nika. I �ll try that when I get to work tomorrow. My computer at home is older, but the one at work has Word 2007 and sometimes I just want to chuck it out the window! This is one issue I was fighting myself just yesterday.
