It is rather exasperating to read the same questions for the millionth time. Depending on my mood, on some days I just sigh, other days I grit my teeth..... No hair has been pulled out just yet but I can almost hear the collective groan through cyberspace, "oh for crying out loud, here we go again..."
What about putting the request to check out the rules and the FAQs right at the top of the forum? With neon lights or something!!
Or perhaps have a separate "Technical Problems" forum.

colibrita, I have started giving harsh answer to those people who complain, whine and stamp their feed without asking politely etc. and I expect being reprimanded for MY tone any day.
But I just can �t help it...
