I have been working on my M.A thesis about Teaching vocabulary through texts. However, this is a new topic to me so I have looked for everywhere but I cannot find any materials relating to this issue like " criteria for selection of vocabulary to teach, principles/techniques of teaching vocabulary through texts, definition of texts, criteria for selection of texts to teach vocabulary, benefits of using texts to teach vocabulary..."

 

Therefore, if you have any research papers, articles or books about this topic, please kindly give me a hand.
