Hi Kodora;
I know a little poem about family that I use to teach my 5 year old students. You have to say the poem using one hand. The members of the family are your fingers. The poems goes like this
I love my family (show your hand)
and my family loves me
father (show your thumb)
mother (show your forefinger)
sister (show your tall finger)
brother (show your ring finger)
and the little one is me (show your little finger)

A song I also used to sing is the following
This is my mother
this is my father 
this is my brother John
This is my sister
This is my baby 
oh! I love them all
 The only problem is that I don �t know how to send you the tune
