How can I insert captions in a youtube video?
It �s i English and I eed to translate it to Portuguese.

Are you the one uploading the video? You can only edit videos on Youtube which you have posted yourself.If that �s what you are wanting to do then you may want to check out this article.
Or you may want to capture videos from Youtube after which you may edit them and insert subtitles. If that is what you are wanting to do then you may want to check out this article.
Please note that there are subtitles and then there are annotations, two different things. Subtitles are the written on screen print of the video dialog and annotations are the speech bubbles. If you Wish to add annotations to your video then take a look here.
