Hi everyone!
I teach a lady who works for a cell phone company. She asked me to prepare a few lessons on the topic of moblie phones, customer service (related situations of course) and so on. I tried to google for some materials, but haven �t found a lot.
Have you ever seen anything on this topic?
I would be greatful for any help.
