You should contact Victor. Just go to private messenger (just under your avatar) and send a Private message to him. You just have to type in his username (Victor) in the top box and then add your message.

are you sure you are trying to upload a word document 1997.2003 ( .doc) ?
are you sure you are trying to upload a ducument not bigger than 500 kb ?
please check those tips before cancel your account!!!!
hope not to lose a member and have the opportunity to download something made for you...
