I have tried three different word documents to upload,but it all failed, the webpate can not be opened at all. Could anybody help me. It really takes me a long. Thank you so much in advance.

May be the size of your word document is the reason. it can be only 300 kb. Try to reduce. it can help. Good luck! |

I just tried to upload one document and it did not go through. Then, I reduced it to only 1 page but still it did not go through. Any suggestions. |

Me too, my word document is only191kb, but it still won�t upload successfully. What�s the reason ?I am so frustraded. |
