One colleague of mine has to decide a topic to write about  for her post graduate course project. She is thinking about discussing how to improve English Language Teaching and the huge difference between infant and primary language teaching in schools. At least in Spain, the re is a big difference because while in the infant period children just sing songs and play games in Primary school they must follow some rules, sit down quietly on desks, study a book, and so on. Is there the same problem in your countries? Do children have to face such a period? How would you sort out this problem? She just wants to get ideas. Thanks a million.
