							| 1. Did you go anywhere while being in london? or    Did you go anywhere while you were in london? Both action happened at the same time   2.Before leaving, switch off the light.   3. wait her until she comes . ( imperative )   4. After we had done our homework, we went for a walk. ( one action happened after the other, the first one should be in past perfect tense)   or After having done our homework, we went for a walk.   5. While she was away, they looked after her dog.   6. They can t move into their house until  the renovation is finished.   7) The road is closed until the repairs to the tracks are completed.   have a nice night

							| What help exactly are you looking for? You ve provided your own answers. Or am I missing something? There s no problem whatsoever with your suggested linking words (the ones which are underlined and italicised) which fit very, very nicely into your conveniently placed ellipses .  7/7 - full marks! | 12 Nov 2010

							| In the US, I think most people say "When you leave, switch off the light", since you usually need for it to be on until you leave. I definitely agree with all of your other answers.   Bruce | 13 Nov 2010

							| Call me awkward, Bruce, but I tend to switch the light off then leave - in that order.
